Kerry Dukes

Kerry Dukes is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ardour Capital Investments, LLC, where he also serves as Chief Compliance Officer. With over two decades of experience in investment banking and securities, Kerry has led the firm’s growth and strategy since its founding in 2003. He has a proven track record in capital raising, corporate advisory, and compliance for emerging and growth-stage companies, as well as for institutional and family office investors. Prior to Ardour, Kerry held senior leadership roles at Bluestone Capital Partners/Trade.com and Commonwealth Associates, where he built and scaled brokerage operations and managed global activities. His experience spans a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on energy, technology, and sustainable infrastructure.
